Community rules
NOVA Forever is a community operated by NOVA. Help other players make informed decisions and treat them with respect.
- Be accurate. Use your own account and characters. Describe requirements, times, loot rules and gold arrangements clearly. Do not impersonate players or staff or claim verified achievements that have not been verified.
- Respect your group. Apply only when you intend to participate. Tell the organizer promptly if plans change. Do not exploit application, seat, schedule or payment-record systems.
- Keep agreements clear. Agree in-game gold terms before joining. Never use NOVA to arrange real-money gold sales, account trading, account sharing, botting or cheating. Follow Discord and game rules.
- Keep feedback honest. Review only eligible runs and people you actually participated with under the site's organizer/participant rules. No self-reviews, participant peer ratings, duplicate reviews, fake reviews or coordinated score manipulation. Do not threaten a bad review to obtain gold or demand a positive review as a condition of participation.
- Protect privacy. Do not share passwords, private messages, identifying documents or another person's personal information without permission. Include only relevant, appropriately redacted evidence when reporting a problem.
- No harassment or spam. No threats, hate, targeted abuse, scams, malicious links, unsolicited promotion or repeated disruptive content. Disagreements about a run do not justify harassment.
- Respect moderation. Do not evade suspensions or restrictions through another account. Report problems to [email protected]. Explain the issue and identify the relevant run or review without posting sensitive material publicly.
Staff may moderate content or restrict access according to the circumstances. A critical but relevant and honest review is not automatically a rule violation. You may contact NOVA to ask for review of a moderation decision. No fixed response deadline is promised.
